Refund Clause
Refund requests will be considered only within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment in the program.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels.
Approved refunds within this 7-day window may be subject to applicable administrative or onboarding charges, if any.
No refunds will be provided after 7 days of enrollment, regardless of course commencement, non-attendance, partial participation, or personal reasons.
Failure or delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of program access.
Placement assistance is offered on a best-effort basis only and does not guarantee employment, internship, or salary outcomes.
Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, attendance, skill level, assessments, employer requirements, and market conditions.
LSB is not responsible for hiring decisions, job offers, compensation, or employment terms set by third-party employers.
All course materials, content, videos, presentations, assessments, branding, and learning resources are the intellectual property of LSB.
Unauthorized copying, recording, reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Participants agree to:
Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior at all times.
Avoid disruptive, abusive, unethical, or inappropriate conduct.
Use learning platforms, tools, and resources responsibly.
Violation of conduct standards may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination from the program without refund.
